What’s in a name?  For Peddler, it’s what kickstarted their coffee business, literally.  Peddling around the city of Philadelphia on custom made tricycles, they served small-batch coffee to thirsty patrons.  Always roasted in small batches to ensure freshness with every order. Coffee is truly a science to them -- they do all their roasting by hand using sight, smell, and sound to control the roasting process and ensure consistency with each batch.
